This project was to choose a site that might exist as an art gallery. Then creating an identity system of this space. It could have been a bedroom, a closet, an abandoned lot, a stairwell, anything was possible, but I chose a tunnel. The tunnel is located in the middle of Golden Gate Park in San Francisco, California. It is a pedestrian tunnel that leads between the park and the Polo Field. I want the mission for this gallery to serve the public of experimental installations of art and design. In addition to bringing a safe atmosphere and light to the dark passageway in unexpected ways, and to provide a platform for interdisciplinary thinkers alike.
Everything you see here was hand crafted and assembled by yours truly.
The logo was inspired by mini glow sticks. One simple logo form that can be transform into different variations.
